Residential Foundation Work. Seattle. 09/19/24.

This project showcases foundational work in for a new house in Seattle, WA. With no access to reach the backyard, the customer was faced with a difficult decision on how to fill in the foundation. Instead of using wheelbarrows and manual labor, the general contractor called EnSenTech to blow material in. The customer wanted 14 yards of pea gravel to fill in the foundation, 6 yards of crushed rock to backfill piping, and an additional 6 yards of 5/8 clean for the other side.
