North Bend King County Customer in FEMA Special Flood Hazard Area was blindsided when forced to resolve code violation before acquiring occupancy permit.  Contractor negotiated, but still had to place 50 yds of pea gravel to build up the basement grade and even out hydrostatic pressure. 

Alternative was double the cost. We got the job done in one day with no need for additional labor to spread it.

Auburn home required 8 yards of pea gravel in basement to ensure proper drainage and access door was located in back of house, limiting ability to get material into crawlspace.

We coordinated with a slinger truck and within 3 hours had setup, precisely placed the gravel under the house, cleaned up and were out of there.

Customer needed 12 yds pea gravel for drainage project into tight crawlspace.

We ran 4" hose through a vent and within 2 hours were able to evenly blow gravel over the entire footprint with no disruption to their flower beds and beautiful landscaping.
