Foundation & Drainage

The customer's house was backed up against the PGA golf course, with minimal side access. For drainage, 10 yards of pea gravel and 6 yards of sand/rock mix were needed.

Using material contractor had on site, they used own loader to feed & together we delivered all material into various tight areas in 6 hrs.

Private Beaches

The homeowner had an ugly waterfront with large rocks & weeds, unusable as a beach for family & friends.

Bringing in local, screened, washed sand to match the surroundings, we teamed with a slinger truck and from a very tight street on Lake Sammamish. We built a beautiful beach in 4 hours with no residual trace that we were there.

Swimming Pools

Coast Salish needed to backfill a pool on Mercer Island with 220 tons of gravel for decommissioning. With a nice, clean driveway and very limited space between properties, we partnered with a slinger truck and filled the pool over the course of a few days by improving our 6" system to move 22 yds/hr.

Retaining Walls

A contractor had a big retaining wall in the back of the property near the water—heavy equipment was not allowed on the beach. A Slinger truck could have reached the wall, but the heavy load might have cracked the driveway, so we ran a pipe from the street and, with a slinger. From a safe place on land, we precisely placed 50 yards over 300 feet. in a few hours with no mess. Without us, they would've had to wait two months or spend big money on labor. 

Under Ground, Tunnels, Culverts

​Needing to backfill building garages, basements, tunnels, culverts, boreholes, hydrovaced holes, etc? We can use hard pipe and hose to fit into tight spaces and evenly place aggregate.

Crawlspace

The customer needed 12 yds pea gravel for a drainage project into a tight crawlspace. We ran the hose through a vent and, within 2 hours, could evenly blow gravel over the entire footprint without disrupting their flower beds, etc, outside.

Customer in FEMA flood zone blindsided when forced to place 50 yds pea gravel to meet hydrostatic code.  The alternative was double the cost. We got it done in one day.

Bore Hole  / Casing Filling

If a bore hole, pipe or casing for sewer, power or anything else require backfilling, we can do it.  Particularly if sand is on hand, we can blow it in without a pressure tank, making it cost effective. 

For long casings with direct line access, we can run a hard pipe in, filling as we slowly back it out.

Landscaping

Whether it's for a pond, patio, drainage, concrete pad, wall or decorative, sometimes a lot of aggregate is required and access to the location is on a hill or near impossible to get equipment to.

Sometimes an HOA rule or customer complaint may not allow sand or gravel to be stored in a driveway or transporting may scuff driveway, kill grass, damage house or get all over.  We are fast, clean and unobtrusive.
